<p>Spin hired the band to play at the magazine&#8217;s first anniversary.  I was working at a record shop on South Street at the time and got an invite from the label.  Sadly I was stuck at work being it was holiday shopping season and missed the show.  I believe the band had an early show in Philly the same night and took a helicopter to New York for the party gig. </p>
